EXCHANGE AND RETURN

In accordance with Ukrainian legislation, exchanges and returns are not allowed:

  1. Underwear, bathing suits, beachwear
  2. Hosiery (socks, knee-highs, stockings)
  3. Accessories

What goods are eligible for exchange:

  1. Goods that have a receipt;
  2. Goods in their original packaging with tags and labels intact and unused;
  3. Goods that have not been used within 14 days of purchase.

Goods that cannot be exchanged or returned

  1. Underwear, swimwear, nightgowns, pajamas
  2. Goods that have already been used and have an inappropriate appearance

Exchange and return of goods is carried out at the expense of the client.

In the event of a manufacturing error or size discrepancy, the seller bears the shipping costs.

 

To make an exchange/return of an online order, you must fill out the application “Return and Exchange of Goods”, put the application in the shipment and contact the manager by phone listed on the website or write to the Instagram Direct. You can exchange or return the goods within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Refunds

As soon as we receive the goods with a sales receipt, the money will be returned to the card or current account from which the payment was made within 3-5 banking days.
